who am I?

My name is Anna Krzywda and I am a certified teacher of the Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) accredited by the Mindfulness Association.

I work under regular supervision from experienced teachers within the Association, ensuring the highest standards of quality and alignment with internationally recognized mindfulness teaching practices.

Mindfulness entered my life as a response to a need for profound inner transformation.

My personal practice, extensive training and collaboration with fellow practitioners inspired me to share this method in a way that is both professional and authentic.

My professional background includes many years in managerial roles within a multinational corporation.
