My name is Anna Krzywda and I am a certified teacher of the Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC) accredited by the Mindfulness Association.
Mindfulness entered my life as a response to a need for profound inner transformation. My personal practice, extensive training and collaboration with fellow practitioners inspired me to share this method in a way that is both professional and authentic.
